FOODIE FRIDAY: JAKS, SANTA CLARA“My favorite thing my Mom cooked is rice pudding with milk and sugar. It takes me home when I eat it. It shows my Moms love for me” says Chef Singh at Jaks' Authentic Indian restaurant, Santa Clara.

Chef Singh is doing some rather tasty things at Jaks’. The menu showcases seasonality combined with Chef’s innovation around some classic (lamb) & non traditional vegan forward (Jackfruit & potato salli) Indian dishes. Chef cooks from the heart and the love shows in every single yummy dish. A few delicious highlights:

There are also a dozen microbrewery offerings on tap at Jaks’. It’s worth the drive South from anywhere in the Bay for this exceptional Indian cuisine dining experience. Jaks’ is open daily for lunch: 11:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M., Happy Hour: 2:30 - 5:30 P.M. & Dinner through 10 P.M.
